Turmeric (Haldi) is notoriously tough, fibrous, and heat-sensitive. The JMEF Turmeric Pulverizer is custom-engineered to handle hard raw turmeric fingers through an innovative two-stage crushing and fine-grinding mechanism with water-cooled jackets that protect the precious Curcumin active compound and luminous yellow color.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
In Stage 1 (Pre-Crusher), heavy alloy hammers break hard dry fingers into coarse 2-5 mm grits. In Stage 2 (Micro-Pulverizer), grits pass through water-jacketed impact chambers where high-speed beaters reduce them to uniform fine powder (80-100 mesh) with continuous cyclone collection.
