The JMEF Industrial Hammer Mill is an all-purpose, heavy-duty impact grinding machine designed for high-tonnage size reduction of friable, fibrous, and granular materials. Engineered for heavy industrial uptime in Ahmedabad, our mills feature precision dynamically balanced rotors and reversible hard-faced beaters.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
Feed enters the top of the chamber directly into the path of high-speed rotating hammers. The repetitive shock impact of the hammers against the material and against the corrugated breaker plates shatters the feed into fine particles until it discharges through the bottom sizing screen.
