The JMEF Plough Shear Blender is an advanced, high-intensity mixing machine that operates on the fluidized mechanical bed principle. Fitted with specially curved plough-shaped shovel tools on the main horizontal shaft and independent high-speed chopper blades on the side walls, it achieves total homogenity and lump dispersion in under 3 minutes.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
As the main shaft turns, the plough-shaped shovels whirl material upward off the vessel walls into free space, creating a 3D mechanically fluidized particle bed. Independently driven multi-bladed cross choppers spinning at 1,440 to 2,880 RPM instantly slice through lumps, agglomerates, and disperse liquid additions.
