The JMEF Impex Pulverizer is a versatile, high-speed impact grinding mill fitted with an integrated whizzer classifier. Widely acclaimed across the chemical, dye, food, and mineral processing sectors in Vatva GIDC and globally, this mill achieves controlled micro-fineness with zero screen clogging.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
Material fed through the automatic feeder meets heavy-duty rotating hammers moving at high tip speeds against whizzer blades and serrated side liners. Ground particles are drawn upward into the whizzer classifier by an air blower. Fine particles pass into the cyclone while coarse particles return to the grinding zone.
