Jay Mahakali Engineering & Fabricators (JMEF) designs and manufactures state-of-the-art Industrial Air Classifiers engineered for high-precision particle size separation. Operating dry without the use of water or chemical reagents, our air classifiers efficiently segregate ultrafine, fine, and coarse fractions across industrial minerals, chemicals, and food products.
The machine operates using the aerodynamic drag force counterbalanced against centrifugal force created by a high-speed classifying rotor. As raw pulverized material enters the classification chamber, fine particles are carried inward by the controlled air vortex toward the exhaust cyclone, while coarse particles are thrown outward against the casing and discharged separately through the bottom rotary valve.
