The JMEF Rotary Air Lock Valve (also known as Rotary Feeder or Star Valve) is an essential component in dust collection, pneumatic conveying, and cyclone discharge systems. Manufactured with precision CNC machining in Vatva GIDC, our valves maintain a continuous pressure air-seal while steadily discharging bulk powders.
A multi-pocket precision-machined rotor rotates inside a heavy cylindrical casing. Material falls into the upper pockets from a cyclone or silo. As the rotor turns, the material is discharged through the bottom port while the close-tolerance rotor vanes prevent air leakage between differing pressure zones.
