The JMEF Industrial Jaw Crusher is built for aggressive primary and secondary crushing of hard stone, mineral ores, refractory materials, ferroalloys, and glass. Engineered at our Vatva GIDC facility with high-strength fabricated steel frames and eccentric forged alloy shafts, our crushers ensure exceptional crushing ratios and years of reliable operation.
Crushing takes place between a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate driven by a heavy eccentric shaft and dual flywheels. As the movable jaw swings forward, the feed material is squeezed against the fixed jaw and fractured through compressive force until it falls through the bottom gap.
