The JMEF Horizontal Industrial Storage Tank (Bullet Tank) is engineered for high-volume storage of solvents, petrochemicals, diesel, corrosive acids, and liquid raw materials where vertical headroom is limited or low-profile wind resistance is required. Fabricated in Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad with heavy saddle supports, dished ends, and safety piping manifolds.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
Liquid is pumped in through top flanged nozzles into the horizontal cylindrical shell. Structural saddle supports distribute the high static liquid weight evenly across civil foundations. Baffle plates inside mitigate liquid sloshing during dynamic filling, and calibrated radar or hydrostatic level sensors continuously monitor inventory.
