Engineering Overview & Design Highlights
The JMEF Industrial Reactor Blender (Agitated Reaction Vessel) is engineered for synthetic chemical processes, polymerization, neutralization, crystallization, and resin compounding. Fabricated at our Vatva GIDC facility in compliance with ASME Section VIII and IS 2825 standards with full radiography and hydraulic testing.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
Liquid and powder reagents are loaded into the sealed cylindrical pressure vessel. A heavy vertical agitator (Anchor with PTFE scrapers, Pitch-Blade Turbine, or Helical Ribbon) driven by a geared motor maintains vigorous mass transfer while heating/cooling medium circulates through the external limpet coil or jacket.
