The JMEF Pulse Jet Bag Filter (Dust Controller) is an advanced environmental pollution control and valuable powder recovery system. Essential for pulverizing, grinding, chemical blending, and material conveying plants, it cleans exhaust air to meet strict Pollution Control Board (GPCB, CPCB) standards with emission levels below 5 mg/Nm³.
Working Principle & Mechanical Operation
Dust-laden air enters the lower hopper where heavy particles fall out by gravity. The air rises through vertical tubular filter bags, trapping dust on the exterior while clean air exhausts through the top plenum. Periodically, a solid-state sequential timer triggers high-pressure compressed air pulses down the bags, dislodging accumulated dust cake.
